HOW TO REFILL IN-STORE

Bring your own clean and dry bottle or purchase one of ours to fill!

  1. Refill with the same product: Customers are reminded to refill their bottles with the same product they used before. This ensures consistency and prevents potential issues arising from mixing different products.

  2. Clean containers before refilling: Customers are advised to sanitize and dry their containers if they are dusty, contain water, or if the product is older than a year. This step is essential for preserving the life of the product and maintaining its quality.

  3. Importance for face and skincare products: The notice highlights the particular importance of these precautions for face and skincare products. This is due to the potential growth of mold and/or fungus, emphasizing the importance of hygiene and product safety in these categories.

 

    Containers are weighed before filling and then again after filling by a staff member.

    • Products are priced per 100g, if you are unsure of how much product will fill your container or wondering how much it will cost, we are happy to help you estimate the cost. Estimating is a good idea, since we can't put the product back, once it is in your own recycled container.

    HOW TO REFILL ON-LINE

    1. We have pre-filled popular sizes for refill items. We suggest trying a smaller size to make sure you like the product. Before investing in a large quantities. 

    2. Some refill items are good to ship. We ship 1 Litre refills. All our glass 2L growlers, 2.5L, 10L refill boxes & 20L carboys do not ship. You can order online and pick up. If you do finish the transaction and pick shipping, we'll be in touch, if you are in the Ottawa area we can arrange an option for delivery. If you are outside the Ottawa area, we will refund you the cost of the items that cannot ship.
