Canadian Shipping

We ship across Canada. We are currently working on shipping options for Canadian remote locations.

Items that do not ship currently (2L growlers, 2.5L, 10L refill boxes & 20L carboys).

Flat Rate $15 shipping | Free Shipping with $150 purchase (before taxes and applies automatically at checkout).

United States Shipping 

We ship to the United States within 3 to 5 business days once order has been placed (may increase during high volume times) Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (EST), via Canada Post.

A confirmation email will be sent when your order is received and another confirming that your order has been shipped.

Customer is responsible for any duties/custom fees incurred.

 

We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport, please contact shipping company if this is the case. If the wrong address was entered and the package is returned to us, we will send you a new shipping quote to have it re-shipped. Always proofread your auto-filled address in shipping fields!

 

Recycled Shipping Materials

All orders are shipped out in compostable boxes and at times with reused paper wrap and/or bubble wrap and other plastic packing materials that we have received from our vendors.
