Pick Up and Shipping

 

In-Store Pick Up is free!

You can opt to pick up your order at our Ottawa retail location at District Refill 107 Colonnade Road North, Unit 1, Ottawa Ontario K2E 7M3, Canada. You will receive an email notification that your order is ready to be picked up once it is ready. Orders are usually ready within a day or two and details for pick up will be in the email. If store hours for pick up are not convenient please text: 647-227-9102 to discuss pick options. Please check your spam folder if you do not see an order confirmation in your inbox.


Pick Up Instructions:


  • At checkout, choose the "Pickup" 107 Colonnade Road North, Unit 1, Ottawa Ontario K2E 7M3 (enter door at Undercarriage Deodorant unit 1, in the Simply Biscotti mall). 
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up at our shop.
  • Pick up times are Thursdays and Fridays 11-4 and Saturdays 10-4
  • If store hours are not convenient please text: 647-227-9102 we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.


Canadian Shipping

We ship across Canada. We are currently working on shipping options for Canadian remote locations.

Items that do not ship currently (2L growlers, 2.5L, 10L refill boxes & 20L carboys).

Flat Rate $15 shipping | Free Shipping with $150 purchase (before taxes and applies automatically at checkout).


United States Shipping 

Due to recently introduced tariffs and complex cross-border shipping regulations, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all shipping services from our Canadian website to the United States. We understand this causes inconvenience for our US customers and sincerely apologize. We are actively exploring solutions that comply with the new trade policies and hope to restore shipping options in the future.

Recycled Shipping Materials

All orders are shipped out in compostable boxes and at times with reused paper wrap and/or bubble wrap and other plastic packing materials that we have received from our vendors.
